AuD Hearing Aid VIP Program

ASH Audiology is committed to serving the needs of all our patients. For those who would prefer a more personalized, comprehensive, and easy hearing healthcare option, we created our AuD Hearing Aid VIP Program. This annual membership includes unlimited hearing aid checks, real ear measurements, cleanings and maintenance, reprogramming, fine-tuning, device use counseling, troubleshooting, and replacement of domes, filters, and tubing for preventative care of your hearing aids under manufacturer’s warranty.

Does my insurance cover my annual AuD Hearing Aid VIP Program fee?

No. The annual AuD Hearing Aid VIP Program provides unlimited services and access to your audiologist that insurance typically does not cover. The fee can be paid quarterly or annually. You can also use your HSA or FSA funds to cover this.

Do I have to be a part of the AuD Hearing Aid VIP Program?

No. ASH Audiology is devoted to serving the needs of all our patients. Some need more care, some don’t. The AuD Hearing Aid VIP Program exists to provide hearing healthcare support all year long and eliminate barriers to a positive hearing healthcare experience. Our unbundled model provides a different avenue for those who would rather pay for services as they go.

Is the annual fee tax deductible?

For patients who itemize medical expenses on their tax returns, the annual fee may be deductible. It’s best to check with your tax accountant for details.

How much does the AuD Hearing Aid VIP Program cost?

The AuD Hearing Aid VIP Program costs $250 every three months.

Can I cancel my AuD Hearing Aid VIP Program membership at any time?

Of course. Patients may choose to opt out of the program any time they’d like. If you cancel before your annual membership expires, you may be eligible to receive a prorated refund.

What services are not included in the AuD Hearing Aid VIP Program?

The home or office visit, new custom earmolds, hearing aid fittings, functional and communication needs assessment, and shipping charges are not covered under the membership. If hearing aids are no longer under the manufacturer’s warranty and cannot be fixed in-house, then the manufacturer’s repair or extended warranty fees apply.
